To whom it may concern;
Please accept this as my application for the position of PATIENT ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. I believe I have skills, personality, and work ethic, to make a valuable addition to your team. I am a team player. I won DaVita’s annual attendance award and was a consistent candidate over the years. I taught collection classes. My billing collection skills were such that over a 10 year period I never had to resort to the appeals process to resolve claims issues. I managed a patient count that was 80% larger than the company’s goal. I got along well with my team mates. I had an excellent working relationship with other departments, facility managers, and other field staff.
I welcome the opportunity to meet with you and discuss this and other positions with you. References are available upon request. Please feel free to contact me at 253-208-4977.
I appreciate any consideration granted this request.
