Customer Service Manager Continually improve customer satisfaction by providing problem solving resources, managing staff and creating a positive work environment to help their team grow and take ownership of their accounts and customer relations. Customer Service Manager Job Duties: Accomplishes customer service human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures. Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying customer service trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. Balancing communication between Production, Sales and Customer to find an efficient outcome as win-win for customer and company. Develop Spreadsheets and works with QA Manager and Sales Manager to provide traceability and detail for customer requirements. Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers and Sales Team. Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes. Maximizes customer operational performance by providing leadership and management; resolving problems; improving processes and communication tools. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Positive and professional communication skills and a warm and friendly phone mannerism are most important. Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Skills/Qualifications: Customer Service Preferred Flexo Print background 5+ years or equivalent Process Improvement, Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Experience Label Traxx or order entry software experience a plus Decision Making, Managing Processes, Staffing Helpful Not required Planning and Analyzing Information Experience Developing Processes/Procedures Emphasizing Excellence Great pay and benefits.
